Takes a few minutes the first time. After that you’re one launcher click away.
- Download from the site — it auto-picks Windows Setup or the macOS installer.
- Windows: run Setup once, then Install. Mac: download the Apple Silicon or Intel build, unzip it, and open
HOMELAND Installer.app. - Close the Minecraft Launcher while installing.
- Pick the HOMELAND profile → Multiplayer → mc.athomeland.net.
You’ll need a legal Minecraft: Java Edition account. The current HOMELAND pack is 2.2.3 for Minecraft 26.2. More help is available after you download.

House rules
Open doors, good manners. Play nice so everyone can keep building.
- No griefing — ask before changing someone else’s build.
- No stealing — chests and farms belong to their owners unless marked shared.
- No cheats or unfair clients — performance mods in the pack are fine; x-ray and dupes are not.
- Be decent in chat and voice — if it would be weird at a dinner table, don’t say it here.
- Ask before big machines — laggy contraptions get a polite rollback.
FAQ
Do I need the modpack?
Yes for the full experience — especially voice chat and the shared performance mods. Vanilla can connect for a peek, but you’ll miss features friends are using.
Is the server always online?
That’s the goal. Check the status page if something feels off — it’ll show who’s on and whether the world is reachable.
Can I invite a friend?
Yes — send them this site, the Discord, and the modpack download. More friends on HOMELAND is the whole point.
Where’s the map?
Open map.athomeland.net in any browser while the map service is running.
Something broke after updating Minecraft
Open the HOMELAND app from the Start Menu (launcher closed). It checks for pack updates, can notify you, downloads automatically, then shows the Minecraft install wizard. Only re-download Setup from this site if you uninstalled the app.
