By using athomeland.net, downloading the HOMELAND modpack, or connecting to the Minecraft server at mc.athomeland.net, you agree to these Terms.
The service
HOMELAND is AtHomeGaming’s Core SMP — a community Minecraft Java Edition server and companion website. Everyone’s welcome; operators may still restrict access if needed. We may change, pause, or shut down the website or server at any time.
Eligibility & Minecraft
- You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition and follow Mojang / Microsoft’s terms.
- You are responsible for complying with age requirements for online play in your region.
- Mods remain the property of their respective authors. Our installer/pack only helps you install them for HOMELAND (AtHomeGaming Core SMP).
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Grief, steal, cheat, hack, or use unfair clients/exploits
- Harass players or share illegal / hateful content
- Attack, scan, or overload the website, map, or game server
- Redistribute the modpack zip as if it were your commercial product (sharing with invited friends for HOMELAND is fine)
- Attempt to bypass bans or security controls
Operators may mute, kick, ban, or roll back worlds at their discretion.
Downloads & software
The modpack/installer is provided “as is” for joining HOMELAND. You use it at your own risk. Keep Minecraft and Java updated. We are not responsible for damage to your PC, worlds, or saves from mods or misconfiguration.
Third-party content
Links (including the live map and status APIs) may go to services we don’t fully control. Their terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AtHomeGaming and operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or server. The service may go offline without notice.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
